Boxing

Condition your whole body in this heart-pumping workout that incorporates boxing techniques, while increasing muscle strength, endurance, balance, agility and coordination.

Kick Boxing

Kick and punch with a purpose – use technique in your workout. This training is extreme conditioning for the whole body – become more fluent with kicks and punching while increasing muscle strength, endurance, balance, agility and coordination.

Circuit

Never get bored with a workout again! Circuit training allows a variety of exercises and movements combined into one workout -- meaning a full body challenge, and none of the boredom that can come with repetitive exercises. Take advantage of great class by using body weight, free weights, dumbbells, kettle bells, bands and much more.

Yoga

Relax, stretch, and recovery to prepare for another workout. This class is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. During the long holds of restorative yoga, your muscles are allowed to relax deeply. This course is great for all levels and essential to beginners establishing a workout routine.  

Impact (Boxing or Kick Boxing)

Maximize your technique for a stronger workout. This is an advanced class, not for beginners. This class is designed to provide tactical training by increasing your striking power and efficiency by properly training to hear, seeing, and feel where your power is coming from. In this class. our help you adjust and fine-tune your technique.

Bags

Beat on a heavy bag! Bags is an interval-based boxing training class focused on teaching you authentic boxing combinations to build the upper body boxing skills and cardiovascular conditioning. This is a challenging class no matter what your skill level.

HIIT

Also known as high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, 100% effort through fast and intense bursts of exercise, followed by short recovery times. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time than traditional cardio workouts.

Kids Boxing

Kids age 8+, Learn the fundamentals of boxing with a introduction to hard work, dedication and discipline of training like a boxer without risk of getting hit. Running, jumping, shuffling to building balance, coordination exercise and games are amongst the fun we have in class.
