TRAIN LIKE A BOXER is an elite fitness program designed for individuals that are new to the sport of boxing. This unique program was designed by professional boxing trainers to allow beginners the opportunity to experience a fight camp training program in a small group setting without the risk of getting hit. The Train Like a Boxer is a merit program that consists of 5 levels (Beginner, Rookie, Prospect, Contender, and Champion). Each participant starts at the beginner level, no matter their experience or background. Participants have the ability to test into higher levels every four weeks of training camp. Utilizing and applying knowledge and condition gained during each training session. The higher the level, the more the challenge, the bigger the reward!
