Class Schedule:

Monday: 6AM– Train Boxing, 10AM– Parkinson, 12PM– Train Boxing, 6PM– Train Boxing

Tuesday: 6 AM– Train Strengthen, 10 AM– Parkinson, 12 PM– Train Boxing, 4:30 PM– School of Boxing (Ages 4–12), 5:30 PM– School of Boxing (Ages 13–17), 6PM– Kickboxing

Wednesday: 6:00 AM– Train Boxing, 12:00 PM– Train Boxing, 6:00 PM– Train Boxing

Thursday: 6AM– Train Strength, 10:00 AM– Parkinson, 12 PM – Train Boxing, 4:30 PM– School of Boxing (Ages 4–12), 5:30 PM– School of Boxing (Ages 13–17), 6PM– Kickboxing

Friday: 6 AM– Train Boxing, 12:00 PM– Train Boxing

Saturday: 10AM– Parkinson, 10AM– Adaptive Boxing for Youth w/ Down Syndrome (Ages 7–17), 10AM– Train Strengthen 12:00 PM– Train Boxing

Sunday: 12 PM– Train Boxing, 3PM– Adaptive Boxing for Adults w/ Down Syndrome (Ages 18+)
