  • Chief Executive Officer

    A first-generation college graduate and entrepreneur, Dalton Outlaw was born and raised in Saint Paul, Minnesota. He spent much of his early life in the Frogtown and North End neighborhoods. After graduating from Concordia University, Saint Paul, Dalton decided to give back to his community by starting a business in the city he calls home. To fund his dream, he sold his car and, in 2011, officially opened the doors of Element Boxing and Fitness—a local boxing gym with a mission to serve as a resource for positive change in the community. Dalton has earned recognition both locally and nationally for his work as a social entrepreneur and his lasting impact on the community. He remains dedicated to putting people first and developing innovative solutions to address challenges and strengthen his community. Having experienced homelessness and housing insecurity both as a child and an adult, Dalton founded Outlaw Development to provide housing opportunities for Saint Paul's most vulnerable residents. Beyond his entrepreneurial ventures, Dalton is a devoted husband to Lacee Outlaw (COO) and a proud father of five young boys: Dalton Jr. (9), Liam (7), Isaac (4), Mason (3), and Roman (3 months). When he's not working, Dalton enjoys spending quality time with his family, cherishing the moments that ground and inspire him.

  • Chief Operating Officer

    Lacee Outlaw
    A nurse by trade and a devoted mother of five boys, Lacee Outlaw embodies compassion, resilience, and dedication in every role she serves. Born and raised in Saint Paul, she graduated with a nursing degree and built a career rooted in service and healing, always balancing her professional path with the joys and challenges of raising a growing family.

    In 2012, Lacee met Dalton, and from that moment on the two have been inseparable. Together, they have created a life of love, purpose, and partnership, building both a strong family and a legacy of community impact.

    Today, Lacee serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Element Gym, where she helps guide the organization’s day-to-day operations, programming, and vision. Her leadership is defined by the same qualities that shaped her nursing career — care, attention to detail, and a commitment to helping others thrive. Lacee plays an integral role in advancing Element Gym’s mission to empower individuals and families through fitness, boxing, and community-centered programs.

    Her strength as a mother, caregiver, and leader extends far beyond her household. Lacee is deeply invested in supporting initiatives that uplift families and young people across Saint Paul. Through her nurturing spirit and unwavering determination, she is helping to lay the foundation for a lasting legacy — one that blends family, faith, business, and community into a vision for a brighter future.
