TRAIN LIKE A BOXER

TRAIN LIKE A BOXER is an elite fitness program designed for individuals that are new to the sport of boxing. This unique program was designed by professional boxing trainers to allow beginners the opportunity to experience a fight camp training program in a small group setting without the risk of getting hit.

USA BOXING: Youth & Adult

BECOME A BOXER and test your skills against other opponents. Although you can’t get paid. You are still able to gain valuable knowledge. This is for all levels. Beginners will learn the basics and participate in minimum of 30 mandatory classes before moving into sparing. USA Boxing Registration is required to get in the ring.

ROCK STEADY BOXING

Rock Steady Boxing, is a unique exercise program, based on training used by boxing pros, and adapted to people with Parkinson’s disease. The program involves regular exercises, such as stretching, bicycling, running, jump-roping, push-ups, balancing and lots of non-contact boxing, led by experienced trainers/coaches.  Rock Steady Boxing serves both men and women of all ages and levels of ability.
