TRAIN LIKE A BOXER is an elite fitness program designed for individuals that are new to the sport of boxing. This unique program was designed by professional boxing trainers to allow beginners the opportunity to experience a fight camp training program in a small group setting without the risk of getting hit.

STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING WITH JENNY HALSTEAD

Become the best version of yourself with small group personal training with Jenny Halstead. Each participant has their own customized training plan. Her proven approach includes extensive nutrition coaching, corrective exercise when needed, the fundamentals of strength training and a progressive format that delivers results.

USA BOXING: Youth & Adult

BECOME A BOXER and test your skills against other opponents. Although you can’t get paid. You are still able to gain valuable knowledge. This is for all levels. Beginners will learn the basics and participate in minimum of 30 mandatory classes before moving into sparing. USA Boxing Registration is required to get in the ring.
